Delivery and Collection Information

We try to have a flexible approach to delivery and its associated costs. There are however always exceptions and other possibilities so please contact us to discuss the following.

  • Regular order contracts for local delivery
  • Under a quarter pallet order for national delivery

Please contact us if we have not covered a variable that suits your requirements.

Delivery

All domestic fuel prices include VAT at the current reduced rate. Non fuel items include VAT at the standard prevailing rate.

Delivery for all orders, regardless of quantity, is £5.95. Local and national deliveries are on a 3-5 working day basis (from dispatch); however lead times do extend during cold weather so please order well in advance. Last winter we were sold out by Christmas!

Some of our local and all national deliveries are by lorry, at least 7.5 tonnes, and these should be considered to be road side only. Please ensure this is suitable, as re-delivery on a smaller vehicle will be chargeable.

  • Delivery to postcodes DG, EH, FK, G, ML, TD, PA1-20, KA1-26 and 29+ are an additional £32.00
  • Delivery to postcodes DD, KY AND PH1-8 are an additional £40.00
  • Delivery to postcodes AB 1-12 and 15-29, IV 1 & 2 are an additional £52.00
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey, Northern and Southern Ireland - rates available on request

Collection

Collection from our warehouse is by arrangement only. You must order and pay by phone or online first and have proof of purchase when collecting. Please do not just turn up at the warehouse because they cannot take payments on behalf of WOOF! Woodfuel and will not serve you.

Available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00 pm and Saturday mornings 9am to 11.00am from our warehouse at Chard Junction.
