Terms and Conditions

  • There is no minimum order, and delivery is £5.95 per order.
  • Customers should check with the manufacturer of their appliance as to the suitability or otherwise of the proposed product and ensure its use only for that specific intention following all guide lines regarding the safe operation and maintenance of their appliance.
  • All products are sold on the understanding that they are for use as a domestic fuel unless otherwise stated. Purchases for any purpose other than that intended shall be notified to WOOF! Wood Fuel at the time of purchase. In failing to make any such use clear at the point of purchase the customer indemnifies WOOF! Wood Fuel against any claim from HMRC arising for underpaid Value Added Tax and agrees to compensate WOOF! Wood Fuel for any additional levy retrospective or otherwise and to pay any additional reasonable costs incurred in the satisfaction of HMRC.
  • All goods must be checked at time of delivery and WOOF! Wood Fuel notified in writing in the event of damaged or loss.
  • All goods remain the property of WOOF! Wood Fuel until paid for in full.
  • We aim to deliver your order within seven to ten working days, if delivery is required sooner it must be stated at the point of sale.
  • If we are out of stock of your chosen item we will contact you to offer an alternative, or advise of the restocking time.
  • All orders are accepted on the understanding that they are for delivery in mainland UK only.

Privacy Policy

  1. Who we are. In this Privacy Policy references to 'we' and 'us' are to WOOF! Wood Fuel.
  2. The information we collect via this website may include:
    • Any personal details you type in and submit, such as name, address, email address, etc.
    • Your IP address (this is your computer's individual identification number) which is automatically logged by our web server. This is used to note your interest in our website and track your order/s.
    • Under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your card number, expiry date and security code.
  3. Any personal information we collect from our website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. The details we collect will be used:
    • To process your order and to provide after-sales service.
    • To comply with legal requirements.
    • In certain cases we may use your email address to send you information about new products. In such a case you will be offered the option to opt in/out before completing your purchase.
    • We will never pass the information we collect to third parties not involved in supplying our online service. We use third parties to carry out certain activities, such as deliveries, processing and sorting data, monitoring how customers use our site and issuing our e-mails for us. Rest assured that third parties will not be allowed to use your personal information for their own purposes.

Your rights

However, please note that we may need to keep some personal data in order to process orders or to comply with customer service or after sales obligations.
  2. You also have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you. To do this, simply write to us at the above address, enclosing a cheque for £10 payable to WOOF! Wood Fuel to cover our administration costs
